ABOUT
As a hybrid between designer and consultant, I develop and implement holistic communication concepts for companies aiming to enhance their appeal as both a brand and an employer.
In this role, I serve as a sparring partner for big and small clients who value strategy, design and teamwork as part of their corporate culture, and understand them as fields to refine, deepen and improve their development as a company.
With design roots in typography and a systemic view of communication mechanisms, my work focuses on translating your company’s voice into the language of a brand. A language that fundamentally harmonizes different dialects into one choir. Dialects, akin to dress codes, attune us to situations and influencing how we present and conduct ourselves within them.
Personally, I’m inspired by the idea that when people feel motivated by their work environment to overcome challenges through communication, collaboration and creativity, it positively impacts their private environment and personal development as well.
